Workshop & Cleaning
In order for our fleet to be in top condition, we have an in-house workshop and a tank cleaning system, which is also open to non-company tank vehicles.
Workshop
We are doing all maintenance and repairs of our own fleet in our in-house master workshop. We are service partner for one of the largest manufacturers of tank trailers. Also part of our service portfolio is the service for compressors, food pumps, heating systems, etc. Through the regular maintenance intervals of our equipment, we avoid transport delays and product damages.
Our workshop team includes two masters who truly understand their trade. In this way we can guarantee permanent maintenance, care and repair service, and react immediately in emergencies.
As well as this, the associated TÜV is on our premises two to three times a month.
Cleaning
We operate a certified tank cleaning plant in Wasserburg. The facility is state of the art and guarantees absolutely clean tanks. The plant has three food tracks for tanker and silo vehicles. Cleaning procedures can be individually defined and programmed according to the customer’s requirements. This guarantees that you are offered a cleaning service that is environmentally friendly and in accordance with the highest hygiene and safety regulations. The tankers are subjected to various tests throughout and after completion of the cleaning process and sealed afterwards. Depending on your specifications, we can offer all typical tests such as ATP test, pH value, NTU test, conductance values, allergen test, etc. We are authorised to issue an ECD certificate (EFTCO) or an ICC certificate (ENFIT).
Our cleaning system is also available for outside foodstuff tank vehicles, and is open daily from
Monday to Friday from 7:00 – 19:00
Saturday from 8:00 – 16:00
Sunday from 9:00 – 16:00
